City of Jackson
In the past, police officers in the city of Jackson could not to pull over drivers for not wearing a seatbelt. The City amended that law, and wanted to send out a warning, primarily targeted at young drivers. This spot tapped into the rising popularity of horror/slasher films to play on the paranoia that can take hold when you find yourself pulled over on the side of the road.
